Out of network and teletherapy services may be covered in full or in part by either your health insurance or by your employee benefit plan.  Please check your coverage carefully. 

 

I encourage clients to call their insurance company before the first session, and to ask the following questions:

 

• What are my outpatient out of network mental health benefits?

• What is my annual out of network deductible?

• How much of my out of network deductible have I met?

• How many sessions per year are covered by my health insurance?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is a referral from my primary care physician required?

• Is teletherapy covered?
