I am experienced working with both adults and adolescents, although my practice focuses on adults.  

 

People come into therapy seeking a variety of things including growth, relief, and healing. Many recognize the very real benefits of gaining more insight into themselves, as well as into how and why they respond to things the way they do in their day to day life.  

 

I enjoy working with people who may be aware of long-held patterns of thinking and acting which are no longer working effectively for them. Recognizing patterns and learning new skills to navigate life, whether immediate needs or long-term challenges, can lead to new opportunities.
